Is it safe?

Yes the ionization technology was developed by NASA for the Apollo mission. We use this technology for clean clear pool water. The level of copper and silver recommended for your pool is less than 1/5 the allowable lever for drinking water set by EPA and Health Canada.
We give copper test strips with all our units so you can be assured your pool has the right level of copper.
Our ionization system is certified by CSA, Health Canada and meets or exceeds UL Standard 1081.
